Kim, a Knoxville native, graduated with honors from East Tennessee State University and has been practicing dental hygiene for 47 years, the last 23 working with Dr. Don Mabry. She’s been married to her husband, Chuck, for 31 years and has 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. When away from dentistry, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, Bible Study, and walking her Irish Wolfhounds. What she enjoys best about being a dental hygienist is helping others improve their dental and overall health, and the wonderful relationships she has developed with her patients over the years.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Karen has been a hygienist since 1986. Since 1991, she’s had the pleasure of working for Dr. Don Mabry and is excited about now having the opportunity to work with his son, Dr, Caleb Mabry. Karen married her soul mate and best friend, Thad, in 1989. She has an adorable Border Terrier named Calvin. Karen also enjoys scuba diving, gardening, and pottery in her free time.
